it's official the property has been sold escrow closed on jan. 15th.

the coping part two

after a couple runs I decided to redo the coping  plus I poured the deck along with it. now if the obstacle was 6' or bigger I would have left the coping the way it was. 
can't wait for it to cure for a couple days probably be able to shred it by friday, fun fun....
